It only pertains to whether your skin dry in certain areas and oily in others. Lots of people mistake combination skin as a condition relating to how sensitive your skin is, but that’s not the case here. Sensitive skin and combination skin are two distinct issues.

Certain parts of skin on your face are dry, rough, or flaky (typically your cheeks)
Other sections are really oily, shiny, greasy, and susceptive to acne (normally your chin, nose, and forehead)
